Tips For Trip

Essential Equipment for trekking.

1 pair strong, comfortable hiking boots

1 Medium/Large rucksack/ backpack 

(max weight when loaded & carried by porter- 15 kg.)

1 sleeping bag- down-filling to zero cent or lower depending on trip altitude

1 day pack: +/- 10 litters

1Down jacket or all –weather Anorak-long(not short) with hood

Gloves- quality and warmth subject to altitude and season

Sun-glasses-essential above snow –line

Sun-block/ Sun –Screen lotion(30-50 SPF) –essential for light-skinned people

Itinerary

  • Day 01: Arrival in Delhi ? Our tour leader will be at the airport with our company’s logo. Once you met the
    leader you will be warmly welcomed and transferred via chartered vehicle to our
    Hotel in Delhi. Included accommodation:Hotel in Delhi.

  • Day 02: Sightseeing in Delhi ? In the morning we will go on a guided city tour to discover Delhi on the autorikshaw.
    We will see India Gate, Connaught Place and visit the Delhi Fort.
    The afternoon time will be free for your own activities. Included accommodation:Hotel in Delhi.

  • Day 03: Trek from delhi to Jaipur ? After breakfast this morning we drive to the capital of the state of Rajasthan -
    Jaipur. Jaipur is the most colourful place and cities. Known as the Pink city Jaipur is a
    traveller’s destination. With beautiful palaces, forts, gardens, temples and
    unending market streets it has everything that the colourful state has to offer.
    Jaipur is also the shopping hub of India. Textiles, Gems, Jewellery, Blue Pottery,
    Carpets, hand made paper… Since there are no activities planned in the
    afternoon you can check out the main shopping areas Johari Bazaar, Hawa
    Mahal area and MI Road.Included accommodation:hotel in jaipur.

  • Day 04: Trek from Jaipur to  Agra ? In Jaipur we will take you on a tour of the Amber Fort, clinging to the surrounding
    hills, the amazing City Palace with its fine collection of textiles and costumes or the
    Hawa Mahal or Palace of the Winds. In the afternoon we will drive to Agra where
    we arrive in the late evening.  Included accommodation:Hotel in Agra.

  • Day 05:  In Agra ? The Muslim city of Agra is the site of India’s most famous landmark, the Taj Mahal.
    Enjoy a visit to this icon of Mughal architecture early in the morning. In your free
    time, opt to ride a cycle rickshaw to visit the Baby Taj and Agra Fort. In the
    evening we will catch the overnight train to Varanasi.Included accommodation:Hotel in Agra.

  • Day 06 – 08: Varanasi ? We arrive in the morning into Varanasi, the quintessential Indian holy city where
    millions of Hindu travel for pilgrimage, to worship, to mourn or to die. Walk the
    narrow twisting alleys, poke around some of the literally hundreds of temples and
    shrines and experience the energy of the dawn rituals of bathing and burnings as
    you float past the numerous ghats of the River Ganges.
    Sitting on the banks of the River Ganges you can contemplate what it means to
    be in Varanasi, the oldest continually inhabited city in the world dating back
    thousands of years. The culture of Varanasi is deeply associated with the river
    Ganges, its reigning deity Lord Shiva and its religious importance; the city has
    been a cultural and religious center in northern India for thousands of years. Or
    wander through the Old City with its maze of narrow alleyways full of small shops

  • On Day 7 we will visit the monasteries and ruins of nearby Sarnath, the site of
    Buddha’s first sermon ?
    During our stay, you’ll have the opportunity to take a boat out onto the sacred
    Ganges River. Witness a candle flower ceremony if you opt for an evening boat
    ride.
    In the evening of day 8 we will take a chartered vehicle to Lumbini (overnight
    travel).It is possible to get a Nepalese visa at the border; you will need at least one
    passport size photograph and $25 USD, Nepal is 15 minutes ahead of India.Included accommodation:hotel in lumbini.

    Day 09: Lumbini?Lumbini (Sanskrit for “the lovely”) is the historical birthplace of Gautama Buddha ?
    the founder of Buddhism and is an UNESCO World Heritage site. We will arrive
    early morning. After some nap and rest we will hire bikes and explore the grounds
    and its beautiful monasteries.
  • Day 10: Chitwan National Park ? Today after breakfast we will drive to Chitwan National Park. This place is home to
    manifold wildlife and a paradise for animal lovers. What about an elephant
    shower? Or just take a leisurely walk along the Rapti River and look out for
    crocodiles or rhinos. Included accommodation:hotel in chitwan .

  • Day 11: Chitwan National Park ? In the morning we will canoe down the Rapti River for bird watching. With some
    luck you can spot more than 500 species of bird, such as falcons, kestrel,
    parakeets, ibis, cuckoos and kingfishers.
    In the afternoon we will make an exciting jungle safari on the back of an
    elephant. There is the possibility to spot rhinos, monkeys, deer, wild boar and if
    you are really lucky the rare Bengal Tiger.Included accommodation:hotel in chitwan.

  • Day 12: Kathmandu ? Today we drive back to Kathmandu.Included accommodation:hotel in thamel.

  • Day 13: Full day sightseeing in Kathmandu ? Today after breakfast we commence our sightseeing to four must see UNESCO
    World Heritage Sites namely Swayambhunath Stupa, Kathmandu Durbar Square,
    Boudhanath Stupa and Pashupatinath Temple where each has a history of
    Kathmandu Valley’s establishment. Kathmandu – also known as City of Temples -
    is vibrant and has many histories and mythologies. Included accommodation:hotel in Thamel.

  • Day 14: Trekking Preparing day in Kathmandu ? Today is trekking preparing (equipment) day in Kathmandu. ( Down jacket and sleeping bag you can hire in Kathmandu also) Included accommodation:hotel in Thamel.

  • Day 15: Flight to Lukla (altitude:2840m) trek to phakding (altitude:2610m)? After breakfast we transfer to the airport for a 35 minutes scenic flight to Lukla with great views of the mountains. Then our trek starts towards Phakding by passing beautiful Sherpa villages along the Dudh Koshi river. It takes 3 hours to reach Phakding, with the magnificent views of Mt. Nupula, Kusuam Kungaru, and Thamsherku.

  • Day 16: Phading to Namche(altitude:3440m.)  ? At morning our trail goes through a beautiful pine forest, we pass many suspension bridge above Dudhkoshi river, with the magnificent view of Mt. Thamserku(6608m) from benker village. After crossing the settlement of Benker, Chumoa, Monjo, we arrive at the check post of Sagarmatha National Park, where your trekking permit is checked along with all record of trekker and guide. Then our trek descends to Jorsalle village before reaching Namche Bazar. After passing the jorsale village our trail ascent to Namche Bazar.

  • Day 17: Acclimatization day in Namche ? Namche Bazar is the meeting point of Khumbu region and has a police check post,the headquaters for Sagarmatha National Park,a bank,money exchange counters,several shops for equipments and other essential things.This prosperous hilly town has bakeries and pubs with pool table also,now.
    From Namche 1 hour climb to the Shyangboche airstrip(3720m) and still about 20 minutes further up to the hill,which offers stunning view of the Himalayas Amadablam,Thamsherku including Mt Everest.You might see spectacular landing or take off of Pilatus Porter in the early morning.After a short descent from this hill you can reach the Khumjung village on the lap of the sacred peak of Khumbila(5861m).

  • Day 18: Namche to Tengboche (altitude:3885m) ? After breakfast our trail climbs up towards Tangboche. We pass the dense rhododendron forest where you can opportunity to se musk deer. Finally we reached at Tengboche by passing though Phunkitenga. Here we get opportunity to visit largest Buddhist monastery of Khumbu region. Overnight stay at lodge. Here we get opportunity to see Panoramic views of Mt. Everest, Kwngde 96187m), Tawache (6542m), Nuptse(7855m) Lhotse (8618m), Amadablam (6856m) thanserku(6608m) and other snow capped mountain.

  • Day 19: Tengboche to dingboche (altitude:4410m) ? Our trail starts with descend through a rhododendron , fir, junior forest and Debote Village which offers magnificent views of Everest region then our trail ascent up towards Pangboche Village. Here you get medical facility and some health guide about altitude sickness.

  • Day 20: Another acclimatization day in Dingboche (altitude:4410m) ? This is another acclimatization day for rest on high altitude. Today you can do short hike up to Ama dublam base camp, from Ama dublam base camp you can see panoramic views of mountains.

  • Day 21: Dingboche to lowboche (altitude:4910m)  ? Today our trail moves up towards Lobuche. We cross the Phalangkarpo(4340m) and Duglha (4620m) during our trail. From Dughla our trek climb up the steep terminal moraine of the Khumbu glacier. We found our way through the boulder -strewn slope as we ascent Chupki Lhara, which offers Dynamic mountain views. It is a trip point where we can see many flags used as memory of mountaineer. As the trail descends to the Khumbu Glacier moraine, we get chance to face to face with many highest peaks. Walking along the Khumbu Glacier, finally we reached at Lobuche.

  • Day 21: Lobuche to Gorakshep (altitude:5140m) to Everest Base Camp(5364m) back to Gorakship ? This an early morning you got a wake to off to everest base camp even this your final day you are going to reach top of world’s highest base camp so, our trail goes along with moraine of the Khumbu Glacier with the view of Mt. Everest along with Mt. Pumori, Mahalangur, Lingtern, Khumbutse, Nuptse, and you reached Gorakship when you get there have early lunch again! After lunch we are going to make base camp it’s take approx 3 hrs, and you’ll reached base camp, wow! This your day even whole your Everest Base Camp trekking about. you spend time as you like! Then we come back to Gorkship again!

  • Day 22: Gorakshep to Kalapathar(5600m) and to Pheriche(4250m) / Orsho(4190m) ?Another an early morning provides time to go up to Kala Pather, the best view point of Mt. Everest with 180 degree panoramic views of the mountains. It takes approx. 2 hrs to get to this summit. After enjoying the closest view of Mt. Everest, we come down to Gorakshep on the way back to Pheriche/ Orsho.

  • Day 23: Pheriche/Orsho to Namche Bazaar(3440m) ? After breakfast we’ll descend to Namche Bazaar.

  • Day 24: Namche to Phakding ?Today is the second last day of our trek. After breakfast our trail descends toward Phakding through beautiful landscapes of Sherpa villages, forests, mountains and hills. We cross Monjo and we arrive in Phakding

  • Day 25 : Phakding to Lukla(2840m) ?Today is the last day of our trek. From Phakding along the Dudh Koshi river to reach Lukla. In the evening we’ll have a nice dinner together with all of our team members.

  • Day 26: Fly back to Kathmandu(1350m) ?After breakfast we fly back to Kathmandu, and then transfer to hotel. The rest of day can be spent at your leisure.

  • Day 27:Final Departure  ? You will be transferred to the airport according to your flight schedule.
